Gas Safety Warning Notice Pad. Printed on NCR paper. Used to alert customers that an appliance or installation does not comply to standards and is unsafe for use.
These forms are to be used in conjunction with the current Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure. Designed to record At Risk, Immediately Dangerous and Not To Current Standards situations.
50 sets of notices with a white top copy, yellow middle copy and blue bottom copy.
All Warning Notice Pads come:
• Numbered
• Stapled
• Perforated
• Finished with spine tape
