The Non Domestic Gas Installation Safety Report form allows gas engineers to report on the condition of the gas meter and gas installations.
There are separate areas of the form to allow for details of the work carried out, details of remedial work required and the declaration of gas safety. Printed on NCR paper.
50 sets per pad with white top copy and yellow bottom copy.
