Gas Safety Inspection. Printed on NCR paper. Record findings, when inspecting appliances, including any remedial work needed with this Gas Safety Inspection Pad. If an appliance is found to be unsafe for use, a Warning Notice will be required.
50 sets per pad with white top copy, yellow middle copy and blue bottom copy.
All Gas Safety Inspection pads come:
• Stapled
